Skin Time!

Following on from my last beauty post, I thought I would share some of my recent discoveries. With the burst of sunshine this weekend, it’s time to get busy with those plans that you’ve been making! Hope you guys enjoy these suggestions when you decide to get it a try:

Korres pomegranate moisturising cream-gel

This is a “skin balancing” moisturiser for normal to combination skin. I find it so light and refreshing, it’s my perfect go to moisturiser for the warmer months. It also smells amazing and with its natural ingredients, the fragrance is not artificial at all!

Korres has been a delightful discovery because it places a huge emphasis on using natural ingredients (from 93%-98% all natural!) in its skin care lines and with prices ranging from $30-$50, its products are certainly worth every penny.

Korres greek yoghurt sunscreen SPF 50

This is another product that smells addictive! It’s also the first sunscreen that I have used that isn’t oily or greasy; it’s lightweight and ideal for sensitive skin. And, what’s not to love about SPF 50 😀

Korres wild rose & vitamin C dark spot correcting treatment

This is a great serum that I use with the moisturiser, while I haven’t used it long enough, I’ve got good feelings about it because it sinks in immediately and feels great. I shall report my long term results down the track.

Jurlique blemish cream

A quick fix to spread over blemishes or signs of a blemish. It also acts as a good concealer under foundation and smells very herbal – which makes me think it’s doing wonders. It works by drying up the pimple and helping it to disappear quicker. I use it in conjunction with the dark spot treatment to minimise pigmentation after the pimple subsides.
